Terms and Conditions

1. LEAD-TIME: 7-10 business days from the date credit card is approved, plus transit time.

2. ORDER PROCESS:

  1. All requests for orders can be submitted via our easy-to-use web form and must include the original part number.
  2. We will email your quoted price within 2 business days.
  3. If you choose to accept the quoted price, then we will email a secure link for credit card payment.
  4. Once payment is received, your new boat canvas parts will ship within 7-10 business days.

3. FREIGHT: Depending on the product ordered, shipping charges may apply — see “How Much is Shipping?” on our Help/FAQ page for more. Prices quoted may not include freight for all products nor any applicable tax.

4. PAYMENT: Prepayment by credit card (MC/Visa). There may be two charges: one for product and any tax, then a second for freight costs when applicable.

5. RETURN: Parts are made to order based on original OEM specs and are non-returnable, no exceptions.

6. SUBSTITUTIONS: Due to the age of the finished part, there may be components that are no longer available or have been replaced with a similar part. Should the logo be obsolete, the part will be produced without a logo.

7. PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice.

8. SNAPS: Parts are made without snaps installed to ensure proper alignment of your replacement canvas parts with the original snaps on your boat. Snaps will be included in your package, but installing snaps is the sole responsibility of the customer.
