Terms and Conditions

1. LEAD-TIME: 10 full business days plus transit time

2. ORDER PROCESS: All requests for orders can to be submitted via our easy-to-use web form (which will automatically transmit a product description and part # to our customer service team, once you select your make, year and model), or via e-mail to info@ameritexfabrics.com or fax 941-749-5000 (please include: part #, brief description and price quoted).

3. FREIGHT: Depending on the product ordered, shipping charges may apply, and prices quoted do not include any applicable tax.

4. PAYMENT: Prepayment by credit card (MC/Visa).

5. MINIMUM CHARGE: $25 + applicable tax and shipping.

6. RETURN: Parts are made to order based on original OEM specs and are non-returnable, no exceptions.

7. SUBSTITUTIONS: Due to the age of the finished part, there may be components that are no longer available or have been replaced with a similar part. Should the logo be obsolete, the part will be produced without a logo.

8. PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice.
